From the East
Rt. 495 to Mass Pike West to 290 East to Exit 11 (College Square). Follow the ramp to the first stop light (Holy Cross will be on your right). Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street. Go under the overpass, to the next stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the second light - a few miles - turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. At the second light, turn left onto Downing Street. The Kneller Athletic Center is the third building on the left on Downing Street.

From the West
Mass Pike East to Interstate 290 East to Exit 11 (College Square). Follow the ramp to the first stop light (Holy Cross will be on your right). Continue straight ahead on Southbridge Street. Go under the overpass, to the next stop light and take a sharp left onto Cambridge Street. At the second light - a few miles - turn right onto Main Street at Webster Square. At the second light, turn left onto Downing Street. The Kneller Athletic Center is the third building on the left on Downing Street.

Rte. 495 to Interstate 290 West to Exit 22N (Shrewsbury). At the end of the ramp turn right and go approximately 1/2; mile to the first set of lights. Turn left onto Plantation Street and go under the highway and past Fallon Medical Center (on the left). Turn left onto National History Road and go 3/4; mile. Lake Quinsigamond State Park is on your left (across from U Mass Medical Center).

From the West
Mass Pike East to Interstate 290 East to Exit 21 (Plantation Street). At the end of the ramp turn right and go past Fallon Medical Center (on the left). Turn left onto National History Road and go 3/4; mile. Lake Quinsigamond State Park is on your left (across from UMass Medical Center)


To Cross Country Course

Travel 290 East to 140 North, then at the lights, go left onto Rte. 70; go by Frito Lay and make a right at the sign for the town hall/police station. Follow that road and to the parking lot for town hall (Boylston).

Follow Park Avenue to the 4th stop light, at that light turn left onto May Street. Follow May Street to the 1st stop light, at that light turn left onto June Street. Take the second left off of June Street onto Knowles Road. The field is 1/3 mile directly at the end of the road. Drive up the embankment and park adjacent to the field. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN DEAD-END CIRCLE AT THE END OF KNOWLES ROAD.
