Kevin Anderson Named Sports Information Director at
Clark University WORCESTER, MASS

Kevin Anderson, former Director of Athletics
Communications at Stonehill College, has been named Sports
Information Director at Clark University it was announced today by
Director of Athletics Linda Moulton.
Anderson, who spent two years at Stonehill, will begin his
duties on August 1st.
"We are very excited to have Kevin join our staff," commented
Moulton. "His breadth of experience at a variety of
outstanding institutions and his strong interpersonal skills will
serve our student-athletes, the Athletic Department, and the entire
Clark community well."
Prior to his tenure at Stonehill, Anderson spent
two years at the Pacific-10 Conference in Walnut Creek, Calif. as
the Assistant Director of Championships. He was responsible for
championship administration, administration of sports programs, and
served as Conference liaison for women's soccer, women's
gymnastics, women's golf and baseball.
"I couldn't be more excited than I am right now to begin
this new chapter at Clark," said Anderson. "I would like to thank
Linda Moulton and her entire staff for giving me the opportunity to
continue my career at such an outstanding institution of higher
learning."
Anderson's career in sports information began in
2001 as a sports publicity intern at Yale University before moving
on to the Ivy League conference office in 2002 as a public
information assistant. During his time at the Ivy League he oversaw
publicity efforts for field hockey, women's soccer, women's
basketball, women's lacrosse, baseball, swimming, golf, fencing,
rowing and the conference's Black History Month celebration. During
his stay in central New Jersey, Anderson helped coordinate the most
watched ESPN College Game Day show ever when the show broadcasted
from Franklin Field, prepping for a Harvard-Penn football game.
Prior to Yale, Anderson held in internship in the Boston Celtics
media relations department. From 2003-2005 Anderson was employed at
Harvard University as Assistant Director of Athletic
Communications, helping publicize the nation's largest athletic
program consisting of 41 sports.
A 2001 graduate of Framingham (Mass.) State with a degree
in Communications and a member of CoSIDA (College Sports
Information Directors of America), Anderson, 32, resides in South
Grafton with his wife Andrea and their daughter,
McKenzie.
