WPI Junior Scott McNee Named NEWMAC Baseball Player of the Week

NEWMAC Baseball Player of the Week  

Scott McNee, WPI, OF, JR (Falmouth, Mass.)

NcNee continued to hit and drive in runs at a torrid pace last week. During WPI's 3-1 week, the junior registered eight hits in 14 at-bats (.571) with 10 runs batted in and seven runs scored. In game two of the Engineers sweep over Coast Guard, McNee belted a two-run home run in the seventh inning and a three-run blast in the eighth to secure the 7-3 victory. He also smacked a pair of doubles including his 100th career hit in WPI's 12-2 win over Framingham State.
