Springfield Junior Jane Kelleher named NEWMAC Field Hockey Player of the Week

NEWMAC Field Hockey Player of the Week:

Jane Kelleher, JR, Springfield (Chatham, MA)                 

Jane Kelleher helped Springfield College to a 4-0 start and a No. 15 national ranking, leading the team with 12 points on 6 goals in the first four games. In 2 wins at the Zenaty Invitational, Kelleher tallied 3 goals, two of which turned out to be the game winners, and earned Tournament MVP honors. She also added a pair of game winning goals in the Pride's 4-0 victory over Keene State and in a 4-2 win at Ithaca.
