NEWMAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week:

Anthony Coppola, Wheaton College, G, FY (Watertown, Mass.)

Coppola led the Lyons to a pair of conference wins last week, averaging 27.0 points while shooting 70.4 percent (19-27) from the floor, 76.9 percent (10-13) from beyond the three-point arc and 85.7 percent (6-7) from the free throw line. He also grabbed five rebounds per game from his shooting guard position. Coppola scored 31 points on 11-of-16 shooting, including 6-of-8 from three, during Wednesday's 77-72 overtime win against Springfield. In Saturday's 84-81 victory over MIT, he made 8-of-11 overall and 4-of-5 from three-point territory for 23 points to go along with a game-high seven rebounds.
