WPI Junior Jeffrey Robinson Named NEWMAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week

NEWMAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week:

Jeffrey Robinson, WPI, G, 2011 (Granby, Conn.)

Robinson, the NEWMAC's leading scorer, netted 21 of his game-best 26 points in the first half to help pace WPI to a 93-61 victory over Wheaton. The junior guard drained 11-of-16 shots from the field and canned 3-of-6 attempts from behind the 3-point arc while just playing 25 minutes on the day. Robinson also chipped in with three assists and three rebounds.
