MIT Wins 2009 NEWMAC Men's Basketball Championship
Jimmy Bartolotta drained 37 points, including 21 in the first half, to lead second-seeded MIT to a 76-50 victory in the NEWMAC Men's Basketball Tournament Championship game played Sunday afternoon at WPI Harrington Auditorium. The win marks the Engineers' first NEWMAC title in their second appearance in the championship game.
