MIT Freshman Christian Therkelsen named NEWMAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week

NEWMAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week:

Christian Therkelsen, FR, MIT (Nesbru, Norway)

Christian Therkelsen made an impressive debut for MIT this week, scoring 4 goals in the Engineers' first two wins. In his first game, the freshman from Norway scored the game winning goal in MIT's 2-0 victory over Salve Regina University. In the Engineers' next game, his first-ever collegiate start, Therkelsen scored all 3 goals in a 3-2 victory over Rhode Island College.
