Babson Junior Tim Winn named NEWMAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week

NEWMAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week:

Tim Winn, Babson College, F, JR (Sutton, MA)

Winn had a superb week for Babson, scoring four goals and assisting on another for nine points in two key victories. Against Salem State, ranked ninth in New England, Winn scored the first two goals of the contest, including the game-winner, and added an assist in a 3-1 win on Wednesday. He then scored both Babson goals, including his second game-winner of the week, in a 2-0 shutout win over Springfield in Babson's NEWMAC opener on Saturday. Winn now has a team-high seven goals and three assists for 17 points in six games this season for the Beavers, who are ranked sixth in the region.
