NEWMAC Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week

Ken Van Tilburg, MIT, FR (Kapellen, Belgium)

MIT's top doubles duo has compiled a record of 7-1 after competing in all eight matches this spring. Beren and Van Tilburg outlasted their foes from Vassar College, 9-7, before recording overpowering decisions in their next five matches. The pair fell to regionally-ranked No. 7 Bates College, 8-2, but topped nationally-ranked No. 20 Tufts University, 8-0. The Engineers, ranked No. 10 in the northeast, have an overall record of 6-3.
