NEWMAC Men's Tennis Singles Player of the Week

Kyle Hudgins, Wheaton College, SO (Uxbridge, Mass.)

Hudgins went undefeated in four singles matches to help lead Wheaton to a 3-1 record during its spring trip in Hilton Head, South Carolina. From the third position, Hudgins allowed just two games in a 9-0 season-opening win against Shenandoah. He then notched a 6-1, 6-4 victory in a sweep over Defiance and surrendered just three games in Wheaton's third sweep against the University of Charleston. Hudgins finished the trip with a 7-5, 6-0 decision during a 7-2 loss to regionally-ranked Baldwin-Wallace.
