MIT Junior Paul Welle Named NEWMAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

NEWMAC Men's Runner of the Week:

Paul Welle, MIT, 2011 (Statesboro, Ga.)

Welle was the first of seven MIT runners in the top nine at the Saints Invitational on a soggy and windy course at Franklin Park on Friday afternoon. Welle's time of 26:11.67 was just nine seconds off the winning pace and good for second overall. With 20 team points, Tech outlasted runner-up Johnson & Wales.
