NEWMAC Softball Pitcher of the Week 

Jodi Moynagh, Wheaton College, SR (Worcester, Mass.)

Moynagh went 4-0 with a 1.02 ERA and two shutouts last week, completing four of her five starts and reaching the 10-strikeout plateau three times. She fanned 40 and walked only five in 34.1 innings, beginning with a three-hit shutout of MIT on Tuesday, as Moynagh struck out 10 and walked one. At Bridgewater State the next day, she yielded one run on five hits while fanning 10 and walking two. Moynagh allowed two runs in 6.1 innings to Babson on Thursday while receiving a no-decision before spinning a three-hit shutout against WPI on Saturday, striking out 10 and walking one. On Sunday against Smith, she allowed two runs while fanning seven and walking one.
