NEWMAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

Sam Rhodes, Springfield College, 2009 (Mendon, Mass.)

Rhodes was sensational as she powered the Pride to its second-straight NEWMAC Championship. In the NEWMAC Tournament, Rhodes threw 40.1 out of a possible 41 innings, going 5-1 in six games. Rhodes finished with 18 strikeouts compared to just two walks, while owning an ERA of 1.39.
