NEWMAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week:

Emily Peters, Wellesley, Libero, JR (Temescal Valley, CA)

Junior libero Emily Peters was spectacular this week, leading Wellesley to victory in two key conference matches to secure the #2 seed in the NEWMAC Championship tournament. In a four-game win over Smith and a three-game sweep of the US Coast Guard Academy, the Temescal Valley, CA, native amassed 46 digs, for an average of 6.57 digs per game. Peters also tallied two aces while passing at a remarkable .978 clip, recording only one reception error in 47 attempts.
