Nicole Wurdeman, Babson College, F/C, 2012 (Rowley, Mass.)
Wurdeman had another fantastic week for Babson, recording back-to-back double-doubles in leading the Beavers to two more NEWMAC victories. Averaging 15.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game, the sophomore forward shot 47.8 percent (11-23) from the field and 77.8 percent (7-9) from the free throw line. On Wednesday, Wurdeman shot 7-for-14 to finish with 18 points, 13 boards, four assists, two blocks, and two steals in a 72-46 win at Wellesley. Then on Saturday, she tallied 12 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, and a block while hitting 4-of-9 from the field in just 21 minutes of a 76-52 win over Coast Guard.
