NEWMAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week  

Sarah Macary, Babson College, GK, FY (Woodbury, Conn.)

Macary continued her exceptional rookie campaign with a magnificent week in net for Babson, leading the 11th-ranked Beavers to two big road wins. On Tuesday, she stopped 11 of 15 shots on net to help Babson defeat NEWMAC foe Wheaton, 17-4. Then on Sunday, she made 16 saves, including 13 during the decisive second half, on 22 shots during a 15-6 victory over 17th-ranked Wesleyan. For the week, Macary posted a stellar 5.00 goals against average and a .730 save percentage while playing all 120 minutes in net.
