Babson Sophomore Kaitlyn Pettengill Named NEWMAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

NEWMAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week  

Kaitlyn Pettengill, Babson College, M, SO (Hopkinton, Mass.)

Pettengill recorded 11 goals, four groundballs, and six draw controls in three games this week, helping Babson clinch its second straight NEWMAC regular season title. On Tuesday, she recorded a game-high six goals to go along with four draws as Babson defeated Wellesley, 19-6, and on Thursday, she totaled two goals, three groundballs, and one draw control in a 14-9 loss to #17 Tufts. Pettengill finished the week with a key performance against Springfield, scoring a team-high three goals while collecting one draw and one groundball in a 10-9 Babson win.
