Trisha Babson, Babson College, M, 2012 (Duxbury, Mass.)

Playing in her first-ever NEWMAC Tournament, Babson dominated the midfield in leading the Beavers to their third straight conference championship and NCAA Tournament berth. In Saturday's semifinal round, she scored two goals, dished out three assists, picked up three draw controls and won nine face-offs in a 21-7 victory over Wellesley. Then on Sunday, she recorded one assist, four groundballs, and five draws while winning 18 of 23 face-offs in a 15-7 win over Springfield in the conference championship game. For the Week, Babson amassed two goals, four assists, five groundballs, and eight draw controls while winning 62.8 percent of her face-offs (27-43).
