The New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference

BABSON PARK, Mass. - Eight New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) student-athletes were named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) 2009 Women's All-New England team, including the league's lone First Team selection, Emily Hough (Norwich, Vt.) of Wheaton College.

Hough's teammates, Lyndsey McManus (Marshfield, Mass.) and Alessia Viscomi (Newton, Mass.) were Second Team honorees, along with Babson's Amy Festa (Medfield, Mass.) and Courtney Price (Enfield, Conn.) of Springfield. NEWMAC Athlete of the Year, Lauren Hernley (Elizabethtown, Pa.) of MIT, Springfield's Caitlin Sawczuk (Plainville, Conn.) and Wellesley first-year Cheslea-Ann Patry (Warrenton, Va.) were named to the Third Team.
