NEWMAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week

Alisha Lussiez, MIT, F, 2012 (Livonia, Mich.)

Alisha Lussiez recorded a pair of goals to propel MIT to its first NEWMAC Championship. She notched the Engineers' lone marker in the 20th minute of their 1-0 semifinal victory over Wheaton College. Lussiez then registered her second straight game-winning goal by finding the back of the net in the 56th minute of the Cardinal and Gray's title game against Springfield College.
