NEWMAC Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week

Catherine Teague, Wheaton College, 2011 (Manchester, N.H.)

Teague won all three of her singles matches during Wheaton's 3-0 week, blanking two opponents while leading the Lyons past a pair of regionally-ranked squads. At the second position, Teague began the week by posting a 6-3, 6-1 win on Tuesday during Wheaton's 6-3 victory over 15th-ranked Babson. She then shut out both of her opponents over the weekend, downing a foe from Clark in the Lyons' 9-0 triumph on Saturday and an opponent from 20th-ranked Colby during Wheaton's 6-3 win the next day.
