NEWMAC Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week

Anastasia Vishnevetsky, MIT, 2012 (Orange, Conn.)

Anastasia Vishnevetsky had an incredible week of tennis this week, as she went 1-0 in conference play and 4-2 overall, as she and partner Leslie Hansen finished as runner up in the New England Intercollegiate Tennis Tournament (NEWITT) A Draw out of 42 entries. In conference, she secured a tough 6-1, 4-6, 6-2 victory against Wheaton College. At NEWITTs, she defeated opponents from Colby College, Williams College, and Middlebury College.
