NEWMAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Portia Jones, MIT, 2012 (Queens, N.Y.)

Jones contributed to three event wins to help lead MIT to a meet win over Colby and Bates over the weekend. The freshman achieved a provisional qualifying mark in the 400m hurdles with her time of 63.30. She was also a part of the victorious 4x100 (50.54) and 4x400m (4:06.01) relay squads.
