MIT Senior Jacqui Wentz Named NEWMAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

NEWMAC Women's Runner of the Week:

Jacqui Wentz, MIT, 2010 (Santa Rosa, Calif.)

Jacqui Wentz led the way to a fourth-place finish for MITat the NEICAAA Championship, the best ever team result at the inter-Divisional meet. Wentz's third-place finish was the best individual result in Institute history at the All-New England Championship. A pair of Division I runners were the only competitors to complete the Franklin Park course faster than Wentz, who set a new program standard at the Engineers' home venue with her time of 18:06.
