NEWMAC Field Hockey Offensive Athlete of the Week

Paige Forester, MIT (Fy., F – Glencoe, Ill.)

In a 2-0 week for MIT, Forester tallied four goals and an assist for nine points. She kicked things off by producing two goals and an assist in a 5-0 win over Gordon on Wednesday. Forester followed this up by scoring both of the Engineers' goals in a 2-1 victory at the University of New England on Saturday.

NEWMAC Field Hockey Defensive Athlete of the Week

Grace Moore, MIT (Jr., GK – Boston, Mass.)

In a 2-0 week for MIT, Moore made nine saves and allowed one goal in 90 minutes of action. She made one save in 30 minutes, setting up a combined shutout in a 5-0 win over Gordon on Wednesday. Moore went on to make eight saves, while facing 19 penalty corners, and surrendered a goal late in regulation in a 2-1 victory at the University of New England on Saturday.
